What You’ll Need
- A supported device: Smart TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Telstra TV, Samsung (2018+), Hisense, Foxtel iQ, Fetch TV, Xbox Series/One, Fire TV, etc.
- A 10 Play account — sign up at 10play.com.au via email/social (Facebook/Google), verify your email, and log in.
Activation Steps
- Open the 10 Play app on your device and select Sign in or pick a member-only video.
- A 5-character activation code will appear on-screen — make a note of it.
- On your computer or phone, go to https://10play.com.au/activate.
- Log in to your 10 Play account.
- Enter the activation code from your device (not case-sensitive).
- Click Activate, and within seconds, your device will sync and start playing content.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Activation codes expire after ~30 minutes. If invalid, go back on your device and pick another video to generate a new code.
- If your TV playback doesn’t start, ensure it's online; you may need to retry or generate a fresh code.
- TV app version must be up-to-date (Apple TV & Android TV v6.2+, Telstra v5.0, etc.).
- If facing issues, restart the app/device, clear the app cache, or reinstall the app .
