2. How to Log In & Register
- New Users:
- Click on "New User? Register Here" on the home page.
- Enter your Aadhaar Number to verify via OTP (linked mobile number required).
- Create a password to access the dashboard.
- Click on "New User? Register Here" on the home page.
- Existing Users:
- Enter your Email ID or Mobile Number.
- Enter your OTP or Password to log in.
- Enter your Email ID or Mobile Number.
3. Popular Services Available
Once logged in, you can apply for:
- Revenue Department: Income Certificate, Caste Certificate, Residence/Domicile Certificate, OBC Certificate.
- Food & Civil Supplies: New Ration Card, Corrections in Ration Card.
- Energy Department: Gruha Jyothi Scheme (Free Electricity).
- Labour Department: Labour Card, Welfare Board benefits.
- Other: Birth/Death Certificates, Senior Citizen Card, Police Verification.
4. How to Check Application Status
You do not always need to log in to check status.
- Go to the Track Application Status page.
- Select "Through Application Reference Number".
- Enter your Reference Number (e.g., RD003...) and the Application Submission Date.
- Click "Submit" to see if your certificate is approved, pending, or rejected.
5. Troubleshooting Common Issues
- "Invalid Login / User Not Found": This often happens if you registered on the old portal. Try registering as a new user on ServicePlus.
- OTP Not Received: The server is often busy during office hours (10 AM – 5 PM). Try accessing the site early in the morning or late at night.
- Document Upload Error: Ensure your files are under 2MB and in PDF or JPEG format.
