  1. New Users:
    • Click on "New User? Register Here" on the home page.
    • Enter your Aadhaar Number to verify via OTP (linked mobile number required).
    • Create a password to access the dashboard.
  2. Existing Users:
    • Enter your Email ID or Mobile Number.
    • Enter your OTP or Password to log in.

Once logged in, you can apply for:

4. How to Check Application Status

You do not always need to log in to check status.
  1. Go to the Track Application Status page.
  2. Select "Through Application Reference Number".
  3. Enter your Reference Number (e.g., RD003...) and the Application Submission Date.
  4. Click "Submit" to see if your certificate is approved, pending, or rejected.

  • "Invalid Login / User Not Found": This often happens if you registered on the old portal. Try registering as a new user on ServicePlus.
  • OTP Not Received: The server is often busy during office hours (10 AM – 5 PM). Try accessing the site early in the morning or late at night.
  • Document Upload Error: Ensure your files are under 2MB and in PDF or JPEG format.
