To activate your Citi ThankYou® Card and log in to your account, follow these steps:

1. Activate Your Citi ThankYou® Card

You can activate the card using either of these methods:

Online Activation:

1. Go to the official Citi activation page: https://www.citi.com/activate
   
2. Log in to your Citi account.
   
3. Enter the card information as prompted.
   
4. Follow on-screen instructions to complete activation.
   

Phone Activation:

• Call the number on the sticker attached to your new card (usually a toll-free number like 1-800-950-5114).
  
• Follow the automated prompts or speak to a representative.

2. Login to Your Citi Account

Steps:

1. Visit the Citi homepage: https://www.citi.com
   
2. Click "Sign On" (top right).
   
3. Enter your User ID and Password.
   
4. Click “Sign On” to access your account.
   

If you don’t have an online account yet:

• Click "Register for Online Access" under the sign-on fields.
  
• Follow the steps to set up your online profile.
  

Important Tips

• Secure Your PIN: Do not share your PIN with anyone.
  
• Transaction Limits: Online, international, and contactless transactions are blocked by default for security. You can enable or set usage limits via the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online.
  
• Regular Monitoring: Keep an eye on your account statements and report any suspicious activities immediately.
