As of May 1, 2025, Thailand has implemented the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a mandatory online entry form for all foreign visitors arriving by air, land, or sea.

This initiative replaces the traditional paper TM6 arrival card, aiming to streamline immigration procedures and enhance.

What You Need to Know About the TDAC
  • Mandatory for All Foreign Travelers: This requirement applies to all foreign passport holders, including tourists, business travelers, and long-term residents.
  • Exemptions: Travelers transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration and those using a Border Pass are exempt from this requirement.
  • Submission Deadline: The TDAC must be completed at least 72 hours before your arrival in Thailand.
  • No Fee: Currently, there is no fee for submitting the TDAC.

How to Complete the TDAC

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to tdac.immigration.go.th.
  2. Provide Required Information:
    • Personal details (name, date of birth, nationality).
    • Passport information.
    • Travel itinerary, including flight number and address in Thailand.
    • Purpose of visit (tourism, business, etc.).
  3. Health Declaration: Answer questions regarding recent travel history and health status.
  4. Submit the Form: After completing the form, submit it online.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Upon approval, you will receive a QR code or confirmation number. This must be presented to immigration officers upon arrival.

 Mobile Application

A mobile application for the TDAC is available for both Android and iOS devices. This app allows travelers to complete the form on their smartphones, providing a convenient option for those who prefer mobile platforms.

 Language Support

The TDAC platform supports multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Japanese, to accommodate international travelers.

Important Reminders
